Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of LaunchFst, a digital product sold by Devraj Singh Tomar ("Seller", "I", "me"). By purchasing LaunchFst, you agree to these Terms.

LaunchFst is a source code boilerplate delivered via private GitHub repository access. All payments are processed by Polar Software, Inc. ("Polar"), which acts as the merchant of record for all transactions.

LaunchFst is a production-ready Next.js SaaS boilerplate consisting of source code, documentation, templates, and configuration files. Upon purchase, you receive collaborator access to a private GitHub repository.

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use, modify, and deploy LaunchFst for personal and commercial projects. The full license terms are included in the LICENSE.md file within the repository.

You may not redistribute, resell, or share the source code. You may not create competing boilerplate or template products using the code. Each purchase is for one individual — team members each need their own license.

All payments are processed by Polar, which handles billing, invoicing, and tax compliance as the merchant of record. Prices are listed in USD. Applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) are calculated and collected by Polar at checkout based on your location.

After successful payment, you will receive a GitHub collaborator invitation to the LaunchFst repository. The invitation is sent to the GitHub username you provide during checkout. It is your responsibility to provide an accurate GitHub username.

If you do not receive the invitation within 24 hours, check your spam folder and contact devrajsingh92673@gmail.com with your payment confirmation and GitHub username.

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products and instant access to source code, refunds are not available once repository access has been granted.

If you experience technical issues accessing the repository, contact devrajsingh92673@gmail.com and I will resolve access issues promptly.

Your purchase includes lifetime access to updates via the GitHub repository. You can pull updates at any time. I am not obligated to provide specific features, timelines, or guaranteed response times for support.

LaunchFst is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. I do not guarantee that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. You are responsible for testing and deploying the code in your own environment.

In no event shall I be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of LaunchFst. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the license.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.

I may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the product after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
